Store Returns

 
As we sell used vintage clothing we operate a no refunds policy on any items bought in our Cow Stores, for this reason we strongly recommend that you try before you buy to ensure you are happy with your vintage pieces. In case you do change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn since the date of purchase and in the same condition that it was purchased in, with our original price tag still attached. All exchange items must be presented with the valid receipt.
 
Items purchased from our Cow stores can be exchanged in any of our stores in Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield or Birmingham.
 
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any items purchased in our Thrift stores.
 
 

Web Returns

 
For products purchased from www.wearecow.com we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn since the date of purchase and in the same condition that it was purchased in, with our original tag still attached.
We are currently operating on a reduced staff, so processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Returns should be sent back along with a filled out returns form (included in your parcel) to the following address by post and not bought into the store personally:

Once we have received returned items, refunds are processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-5 days to process as standard.  

We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. COW does not accept liability for any damages during transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items.

Please be aware that in the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns of accessories including face coverings, hosiery, swimwear or pierced jewellery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns will not be accepted if:

Original tags have been removed.
Tags have been ‘re-attached’ by customers.
Items appear to have been worn since purchased or have any odours. 
Items are not in a re-saleable condition : All items must be in the same condition as originally posted, if there is a problem with the condition of the item on arrival, please get in touch at cow@wearecow.com or customerservice@wearecow.com

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Goods purchased from our website cannot be refunded in-store as all refunds must go through their original payment method.

Goods purchased in-store cannot be refunded and are exchange only.

We do not operate throughout the weekend, if you place an order with us during this time, including orders purchased with express shipping,  this will be sent out on a Monday. We also do not send out post on a Bank Holiday.

If you paid for Next Day Delivery with your order and we cannot guarantee it will arrive the next day, we will inform and refund you the amount and send out with our Standard Shipping rate.

We are not liable for any additional import or VAT charges when receiving or refunding International orders.
