Who are we?
COW is an independent British retailer of vintage clothing, offering a selection of menswear and womenswear sourced from around the world as a sustainable alternative to fast fashion.
We have five unique stores in Manchester, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, Sheffield and Thrift stores in Bristol and Manchester. We aim to promote sustainable shopping and are proud to create our colourful store interiors using recycled materials and sell an eco alternative to fast fashion with our vintage and handmade products.
What is a reworked item?
Our rework range offers the latest styles and cuts. sustainably made from vintage garments and materials. We make design and create all of our reworked pieces in-house in the UK.
How much does Delivery cost?
Please note that we use Royal Mail and delays are expected for the Christmas period. The recommended dates for orders to arrive before Christmas is 12.12.22 for standard orders and 16.12.22 for express delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
UK Standard: £4, or FREE when you spend over £50!
Express UK: £8 (orders must be placed before 3pm, Monday-Thursday)
Europe: £8 - £14
USA & Canada: £15
Australia & New Zealand: £15 - £20
We also offer FREE international shipping on orders over £100
International orders may be subject to custom charges which we are not liable for - this is due to the recent Brexit policy and we cannot dispute this.
Why can't I buy an item in different sizes?
Selling vintage means we only have one of every item.
Our rework collection offers the latest styles made from vintage garments and materials, although sizes are limited to the amount of fabric available from the original item we are working to offer a wide range of sizes.

How do I use my discount/promo code?
If you have a promotional code or voucher this can be added at the checkout to apply discount to your cart.
Can I amend my order?
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we respond as soon as possible to try and amend your order.
How can I track my order?
All our our parcels are carried by Royal Mail, you will receive a tracking number for your order via a confirmation email once it has been processed by our team. Once shipped you can use your tracking reference to follow the progress of your parcel here.

My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
First check your tracking number on Royal Mail's Track and Trace service, this will give you details about your parcel's progress and let you know what to do if you have missed a delivery. You can also email us with your questions and order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note all express delivery orders must be made before 3pm Monday-Thursday. All orders made after 3pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.
An item is missing from my order, what do I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible either by email to email@example.com or by phone on

I have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, what do I do?
Let us know about the problem as soon possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into the issue, faulty and incorrect items should be returned along with a filled out returns form (included in every parcel) to help us speed up the return process for you.
How do I return something to you?
We hope you love your WE ARE COW purchases, however if you change your mind about an order we offer a 14 days returns policy for a refund or exchange on any item (excluding hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery) provided that you post it back to us in a securely wrapped parcel, in saleable condition with the return form completed and enclosed in your return parcel within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. The post office date stamp or franked date will be proof of your posting within the 14 working days time policy.
Once you have completed your returns form please ensure that you have included it in your return parcel along with your return item/s then post to the following address:
