  1. If you really like somebody's look/style, tell them. A compliment can change someone's day. 
  2. Be kind to yourself.
  3. Buy second hand and help the environment - charity shops and vintage are the way forward.
  4. Be proud of yourself and who you are, how far you've come. 
  5. Tell those you love, that you love them. 
  6. Stop contributing to unnecessary waste - Use reusable cups, packaging, bags and more.
  7. Switch to paperless on banking and receipts to save on paper.
  8. One act of kindness can make somebody else's week. 
  9. Practice self care - alone time is so important. You need time to distress, remember tomorrow is another day. 
  10. Remember: Your actions speak louder than words. 
  11. If you can't donate to charities, consider volunteer work for those who need it the most. 
  12. Overcome a fear once a week or once a month, stop being scared to do something. 
  13. Leave little notes in places, for people to find at the most unexpected times. Making somebody's day with an act of kindness. 
  14. Protect your elders, check in on those who are more vulnerable. 
  15. Whatever you need get rid of, try and recycle it in someway. Whether that's taking old clothes to charity shops, to homeless shelters, food banks or even turning it into something new you will use. 
  16. Give up your seat for somebody who's more in need. (Even if you're really hungover.)
  17. Try to ride a bike or walk to work, better for the environment and you can make more of your morning. 
  18. Hold the door open for everybody - it might be common manners, but it will help others out more than you know.
  19. Go a single day without judging your flaws, love you for you. If you wouldn't say it to someone else, don't say it to someone else.
